with the russians being where they are right now, they could totally take the moral high road and they could entirely influence Peace in this world if they wanted to. They can oppose the eugenics and genocide in very strategic, effective ways and almost "be the world's savior" not in a manipulation HItler Stalin sense, but in a REAL human way.
