  • Cmon now! Thats all you gotta show us?! But man did I love the way you cut that, I could sit here all day lookin at it!

  • ok, ok, ok...so spaghetti bolognese does not exist in italy or in bologna, understood. However, I used to work in a restaurant in europe in which we served these, AND they were our nr 1 lunch best seller. This sauce rules. And I agree with masterniva, please put numbers on your videos!!!!!!!!!!

  • Spaghetti Bolognese DOES NOT EXISTS IN BOLOGNA... We use tagliatelle or maccheroni, and the meat is mixed precisely, not "as you like"... ;-)

  • Thanx showing us.

  • ive seen enough

  • Grazziano ...

    Thank you for explaining your

    delicate recipe.

  • you can use carrots whole to add flavour and then remove at the end of cooking, this is what an italian friend of mine did from Rome and it works likewise withe celery add a big stick and remove at the end of cooking. A slow long cook to me gives the best success.

  • according to wikipedia it CAN be made with carrot

  • is this a fucking joke??? is that it? or.. is there a continuous to this ved?

  • they are 203 min .. thanks

  • Yeah! somebody should kick these guys in the butt. Whe the heck was that, please don't use the word "bolognese" as a prefix. Jeez.

  • yes carrots is in bolognese u clown

  • che cazzo dite tutti banda di ignoranti...translation what a fuck are you talking about bunch of ignorants...of course carrots in the bolognese.what is that basil? zucchini? are you sick people? Shut up and learn before to live a comment..

  • what the hell carrots no garlic no salt or peppar people dont waste 2.02 mins of your life

  • wanker.

  • bolognese with carrots ?!!! :s cant be italian ...

  • yeah, proper italian is meat, tomato, basil, onion, garlic and sometimes zuchini

  • Please do not spout comments like this out without knowing your facts, Bolognese is a heavy sauce made traditionally in the time of the year when there are not going to be fresh tomatoes, and no fresh herbs. Think about the sauce and its origins, There were no summer squashes like zucchini growing in Emilia Romania in the time that the traditional Bolognese sauce was "invented".

  • All Emilians make the sauce in a different way but by no means are out of season ingredients and there is more of a flavor base than onion and garlic, it would have been traditionally mirpoix(sofritto) and wine added. Learn your regions a little better, what may be called "Bolognese" in your house may not translate to the same thing as the traditional Bolognese shown here from Bologna

  • Bolognese contains CARROTS, CELERY and ONIONS, that's a fact!

    "SOFFRITO"

  • (" bolognese with carrots ?!!! :s cant be italian ... " )

Yes in Bolognese & other ragu`s. Definitely Italian !
