  • when you pull your leg behind your head like you're doing a scorpion, instead of pulling your foot.leg so much forward you should try to extend it upward to have your leg flat against your back. It would look so good on you and these already look really good, so i bet you could get it fast

  • @jadeannee well b4 rg i have my right split and sometimes my left then after a month i had my middle and oversplits on both sides and my back be came muchhhhh more flexible :)

  • No do not keep doing it if you get low back pain, i done the same and now i have a reaLLY bad back i hAVE seen a back person and it has got better and i know it will be 100 percent soon but dont keep doing it if it hurts i had it in my lower back too it will get worse

  • @mersylla it depends on if its a "stretching" pain or a stabbing pain...
