shawarma with 7 Mixed Spices Allspice - Black pepper - Cinnamon - Cloves - Nutmeg - Fenugreek - Ginger Blind all together the equal quantities of all the above spices. keep in a sealed jar or container, it will last for at least six months. additional Spices: 1 tsp dried sumac 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp of bay leaves powder 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp ground cardamom 1 tbs olive oil 1 cup yoghurt 4 cloves chopped garlic 1/4 cup white vinegar & lemon juice
