you missed showing the most important thing: the scored piston in detail... how much is one of those ryobis new? doesn't look like a quality machine... try Stihls or Shindiwas, if you take care of them they last forever.

the engine is worth repairing my father bought a alpina brushcutter second hand and the piston went on that so we replaced it with a new piston head and the ring also it has been a fantastic machine ever since never had a problem after

@1972FordF150 should be it all looks and works good, bearings are still good just the piston and block are bad. Ima see if i can find some of them

the cylinder head screws are allen hex screws

@th19940305 torx screws are different they are star shaped and hex allen screws are hexagon shaped
