so i did this before ever seeing this video and my hair is super coarse and thick and I got to my last section of hair, everything was looking great and curly then for some magical reason the top right section REFUSED to curl. And I had to go out with half most curled hair. My hair is a jerk !ha!

@tomomyuu i'm not sure about you, but for me it has worked perfectly when i have my hair straightened (I straighten it before i curl it sometimes so that i have perfectly made curls instead of naturally wilted ones:P) Try not to take big handfuls of hair when trying it because it doesn't curl as well, and all you end up doing is burning it.

@tomomyuu You have to be gentle , do as Kandee is doing it just go really slow. I do this all the time and it lasts longer than when I used a curling iron.

My hair stays ALL DAY (!! ) when I use this method to curl it. Wands - no, putting it up damp at night and sleeping on it - no. For some reason with this method, my curls stay all day. Into the next, they are still wavy and bouncy. I was pleased and very surprised with how easy it was. I do love my flat iron.
