No, shes a girl, Breyer is getting more detailed now,those are mare teets, they are on real mares too, stallions look... much different, take a look at an idocus or a goffert, or a buttercream.

...Those markings on Sprinkles are called "mapping". All the Sprinkles have it.

Usually all the models such as the connoiseurs have them. It often makes customs more detailed and valuable. They arn't flaws. :)
