Great work, Rob. This breathing technique worked a lot better than the counting one you normally use. It is really hard to hold my breath out to a 5 count when in a jittery-anxiety mood.

Your voice just sounds sophisticated, calm and soothing, and I like that there's not really any camera noise. Plus I'm a 15 year old American boy so any foreign accent sounds amazing to me.lol

I sort of have trouble settling down and falling to sleep, so I listen to hypnosis vids like this on my iPod, and about two weeks ago I found your channel and for these past two weeks your the only one I've listened to!

i have to admit, i'm in quite a bit of pain, and i took 2 painkillers earlier and it did nothing. i watched (listened to) and it seemed as all the pain had gone away. thank you for making these videos.
