The 911 operator doesn't seem to know what the hell he's doing. There supposed to be trained to give reassurance during the call. Hopefully this guy is no longer a operator there, I wouldn't want to have him on the other line if I had a emergency. Bare handed,no human are a match for adult chimp. Their arms and hands are exremely powerful,adaption to live on trees. They can easily rip your arms off. But the more amazing fact is that leopards with same or less weight than humans are their natural ememy and they regulary hunt and eat chimps. What a perfected killing machine those cats are!

The 911 operator doesn't seem to know what the hell he's doing. There supposed to be trained to give reassurance during the call. Hopefully this guy is no longer a operator there, I wouldn't want to have him on the other line if I had a emergency. He sounded nervous during the whole call, which can make the caller even more uneasy.

Starting at 3:29 the dispatcher is a moron. Not only is the woman telling him what's going on "the chimp is killing my friend!" but you can hear the damn thing screaming in the background. It's pretty hard to miss. And through all of that, all the dispatcher can do is keep repeating "what is the problem with your friend?"

By that point she was too petrified to go near him because she knew he was aggressive and violent, so what does she do? Calls up her friend, and asks her to come over to her house and walk straight into a death trap. She didn't call a zookeeper or wildlife expert because she knew she could get into trouble.
