02 Mustang w/ Catted X Pipe and Flowmaster 40 Series

I'm having the same problem with my super 10 flows, on my 2011 5.0 ( has stock cats, BBK xpipe , and cut off Resonators) it makes an annoying rattle sound when they get hot at around 1800 rpm. Like a rattleing tin sound. If you find out about wat is is let me know

@nash7338 I found out that I had a broken weld inside one of the flowmasters and that was rattling inside the case.

@Miceleb o its cause i live in sac and wanna get a mustang and drop an x pipe and i wanted a catted one cause catless sounds too loud too drive on the street her in cali.. i just wanted too know if they were as strict as they are here were u live

@mirc225 I live in Cali also just in San Diego. If I were you I would save your factory H pipe with the cats and save it. Because there arent any catted x pipes that pass inspection in California.

sounds like the rattle of flowmasters. the tin can rattle sound.
