I don't get the dreadlocks and the loose suspenders/bracers. Spencer is a military man. He should have a military-standard haircut. If he wears suspenders/bracers, they should be strapped over his shoulders, not left hanging loose the way skinheads wear them. Why? Because it creates a lot of unnecessary snag points that could get hung up on branches or even caught on his bionics. Form follows function.

@IggyHazard Well, this Spencer is very different from the classic one for some reason I still don't understand. Also, many things shouldn't be thought too much. His arm for instance, its hook could get trapped easily in debris and such when he releases it while hanging, leading to disaster. This, however, never ever occurs in the games nor the comic.

In overall, it's fun (unless the player is a fanboy of some sort [you know, willing to play just to compare it to spiderman or do similar shit]) and the physics and playability are surprisingly good, but there are some annoyances (very short levels - you see the loading screen very often; music momentaneously stops when you take collectibles; etc) which you can live with.

i got this game on ps3...i was very surprised in a positive way. i liked the atmosphere, music, controls worked well for me. difficulty was ok on normal (gets really tough on harder settings). it was always a blast to swing through the destroyed ascension city. good variety in areas with city, tunnels, forest, park, inside buildings, docks, bridges and the boss fights were great. ending might piss off some gamers, some don't like the visual style. i can only recommend this game, at least rent it

All about graphics.. the story is great in this game. Gameplay mechanics work, graphics are more than enough, outdoors look spectacular. Soundtrack is one of the best, it's a classic.

He pretty much is a lone wolf out there in this game but once you get used to his bionic arm's abilities, you'll have mad fun. Game is not the deepest and you won't get blown away by the graphics but the story and action should keep you entertained for a while. I wouldn't buy it but it's a hella good rental. I haven't tried the online play but yet another reason to give it a shot.

I just beat this game, and if you like the games before this very epic game, you will love it. Follows the story and reveals new story. Boss fights are intense.

i dont know. I think it might just be this certain level but it doesn't look that good so far. The Slinging isn't very dynamic. He just changes in a different direction so fast. Its unrealistic.
