Regarding the lip syncing - he kinda does lip sync. He uses a tape for back-up and sings over it to make his voice stronger - he's pretty old and some of his songs are difficult to sing crisply every time. During the tour some shows had technical difficulties and the back-up vocals didn't ply right and sounded horrible.

But he's Roger Waters so it doesn't really matter!

He does not "lip synch." This song features a CHOIR and ORCHESTRA. Impossible to recreate on tour, so a backing track is necessary. Along with audience interaction, he recreated this beautifully live. Anyone doubting Roger's vocal ability is a fool. Im a musician who attended the Houston show, 10th row. He has lost very little with age. I could hear him clearly, and he sang the notes. Your ears are obviously not seasoned. Youre hearing the brass notes, in the same range. Check other videos.

No, Roger lip synch's on a ton of songs from the past 3 years of this recent tour. You can clearly tell. Listen to some of the recordings from the tour, notice most of the songs vocals from Roger sound exactly the same.
