It is all done by satellite, there are no airplanes involved whatsoever. They are electromagnetic bursts, which ionize the air, and leave a trail. They are orbs, microwave balls of energy. They are creating plasma, for weather modification, or surveillance and harassment of targeted people. All those clouds are electrified air, not chemicals.
@ella5024 i know that its Barium and aluminum, which are metals capable of carrying charges. im also aware of Tesla's invention to ignite the Earth's magnetic field. From there it is plausible that they are utilizing frequencies to control the brain patterns of those susceptible to it. i wouldn't be surprised. again i thank God for protecting me from the NWO mind control schemes. i would not be surprised by anything they do, such as utilizing satellites for electromagnetic bursts.

@depravity0 They do monitor brainwaves, especially if a person is psychic at all. They don't want remote viewers running around free.
