The democrats keep saying that their plan is to fix fraud in medicare and medicaid. Why haven't they been doing that all along? Why aren't they doing it now? If you're aware of abuse and fraud, you should address it. Don't wait to use it as some political playing card.  This was the same argument they were making in 2008.
