You know, I disagree with most of these comments. Sure this doesn't come close to VH but I LOVED incorporating rock into the show. As a fan of rock and classics, I often feel very left out by Glee. I grew up in drama club as a "gleek" but while my friends listened to Wicked and showtunes, I listened to bands like Aerosmith, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Van Halen. Maybe I'm in a minority, but I love that the show reaches out to Gleeks like me who are rock-fanatics who also happen to love to perform!!
