Well violence and terrorism in Mexico might by exported from the Caribbean area, probably from the Cuban-Floridian cartel that smuggle the most of the Colombian, Peruvian or Bolivian cocaine through Florida via Cuba either by speed boats or by small airplanes.

However these people leaded by Raul castro hate Mexico, San Diego and Tijuana, Sinaloa, Michacan, etc; and these same people recently started incursioning illegally into Cancun,mx, and therefore violating Mexican sovereignty's.
