The Secret Wars would be my choice. I know the 90's spider-man did it, but it wasn't really accurate, I mean no black suit, issue #8 was the best. Plus I always thought it would make a good ultimate alliance videogame.
To be honest, I'd really like to see The Secret Wars out of the choices given. I would really like to see The Inferno go animated or even live action, though. That would be sweet.

AOA was amazing. The way the X-Universe froze and what was taking place the moment the M'kraan crystal wave hit was just as significant as the event itself.

Completely agree with Age of Apocalypse. I reckon it's not only the greatest alternate universe arc ever written, but one of the best stories full stop. I rate it over Dark Phoenix, which is seriously saying something! I rarely go a month without reading it again...

Storm, Rogue and Jean Grey are the only true super heroines in their own right on this list. And that JG hasn't been returned and given her own comic is a darn shame! She has mostly been used as a plot device btw the men who want her.
X23, She-Hulk are great, but spinoffs of male heroes and will always take second seat to them.
Elektra, Mystique, Emma Frost, Black Widow are basically bad girls gone good (maybe). Like Catwoman in Batman

I would have included Invisible Woman in the top women segment. She is the only female member of the Fantastic Four and mother to the most powerful mutant ever born. As far as the storylines into movies go I would vote for Secret Wars but that was already messed up by Spider-Man 3 and their explanation for Venom symbiote so I would vote for age of apocalypse instead..X-men 3 is perfect set up for it and with a little time traveling you could actually fix the messed up ending to that movie.

Tied between Secret Wars and Onslaught Saga... If they dont include all the super heroes involved with onslaught saga then secret wars hands-down. I would like to see Maximum Carnage too but there's no way that Marvel would animate something so bloody.

Completely agree with Age of Apocalypse. I reckon it's not only the greatest alternate universe arc ever written, but one of the best stories full stop. I rate it over Dark Phoenix, which is seriously saying something! I rarely go a month without reading it again...
Also good shout for Jean Grey as top female character - couldn't agree more :)

Age of Apocalypse, hands down. Onslaught would be a close second though.
Glad you guys put Phoenix at # 1. You even got all but one of my favorites in the top 10 female characters, too. I could see how Scarlet Witch got left out though. All shes done was to alter the structure of reality and thus the course of almost every storyline in production... >:/

Storm, Rogue and Jean Grey are the only true super heroines in their own right on this list. And that JG hasn't been returned and given her own comic is a darn shame! She has mostly been used as a plot device btw the men who want her.
X23, She-Hulk are great, but spinoffs of male heroes and will always take second seat to them.
Elektra, Mystique, Emma Frost, Black Widow are basically bad girls gone good (maybe). Like Catwoman in Batman

I would have included Invisible Woman in the top women segment. She is the only female member of the Fantastic Four and mother to the most powerful mutant ever born. As far as the storylines into movies go I would vote for Secret Wars but that was already messed up by Spider-Man 3 and their explanation for Venom symbiote so I would vote for age of apocalypse instead..X-men 3 is perfect set up for it and with a little time traveling you could actually fix the messed up ending to that movie.

It would be great to see Maximun Carnage animated. I have yet to hear an accurate Kletus Cassidy/ Carnage voice. I want him to sound like a crazy, redneck, hill billy, but with a hannible twist. Maybe it could be hardcore like Hulk VS Wolverine?
