@stathiskyrillidis I have the same frustration. Workaround: on your google site: click "edit page", then "insert" "more gadgets" and then look for the "friendconnect"-gadget. But it doesn't have all the features you see demonstrated here, so help !

How About Citricle Live Support? If you place it on 1000 pages, the comment on page 1 will not show on page 2, it's attached to the URL. Also you can customize it using CSS and it looks better than this.

Nothing wrong with the audio. You can understand GFC perfectly well by reading the documentation. This was a promotional video released a long time before GFC actually became available. For those of you wondering, the actual GFC experience is not exactly as described in this video.

I would like to ask, who can make use of the input data? Is this what Google gets for providing such a service? From App Engine to Gears to Friend Connect Google extols the virtues of its work but I can't help feeling the intention is less altruistic than it seems. Is the ultimate goal to ensure no one outside Google knows how to code?

Google's platform is the Internet. It's in their interest that the Internet continues to grow, and that is does so in a way that Google remains able to compete.
