One of the main reasons why I don't like Triple H. It's sad how someone who has accomplished so much has to bury others and is so insecure. Triple H burying SB and MVP here would be like Kanye West trying to keep Wiz Khalifa down. Makes zero sense.
@Rawpload maybe you should look up at the elimination chamber time match thing where the quickest time to win the match means you enter later between hhh and shelton which where hhh beat shelton but did it in the longest time possible meaning he was to start the elimination chamber as number 1
@lsufa Just because they lost didnt mean they get buried. That in case u can blame Rock for burying Booker T and Billy Gunn. Austin burying Benoit at the time. Taker burying DDP
And this is exactly why HHH needs to just hang it up. Its not enough that he is about as untouchable in the company and had been for at least a decade if not more, but he has to constantly cut the knees out from under anyone who shows the least amount of ability to get over with the crowd. The "people like you" remark towards Booker T was one of the main reasons I stopped watching WWE. Booker was over as hell with the fans, it was time for him to run with the strap
and HHH used his influence in the back to convince them to not allow Booker to be champ. Vince and HHH have basically ruined pro wrestling in America over the last 10 years, after doing a hell of a lot to build it up in the late 90s.
@Rendclaw Booker T said itthe entire storyline was lazy writing from the creative. go listen to that radio interview before you blame hhh dumbass.
The month before the storyline with HHH, booker t was in a tag team partner with goldust. Booker t was chosen because they needed a filler for a world championship match WM 19. Vince mcmahon never considered booker to be THE Guy.
If you want to be ignorant & blame it all on HHH, go ahead!
@Rawpload Understand something. Considering that you have HHH all over your homepage on here, all you do is come off like a mark by calling people who disagree with your hero worship a dumbass. My point was that Booker was over to a very high degree and when you have someone with that much heat, you let him run with the title for a time. Even two or three months would have helped to get rid of the "glass ceiling" stigma that the WWE.
@Rendclaw But thats never been the way it has been done in the company, so why would they start then, specifically since they had just signed Goldberg and the plan was for him to take the title off HHH. So no, booker was never at any point going to get the title during this feud, it was just a placeholder until the HHH-Goldberg took place. Also the glass ceiling stigma is played out, it's 2012 not 1997-2001 again.
Jinder Mahal, Drew McEntyre, and Yoshi Tatsu who are foreign born wrestlers got some tv time but with only Drew is been a Champion (Intercontinental and Tag Team) since he debuted in 2009. On the other hand, Mahal and Tatsu aren't getting pushes, the Indian wrestler needs to deliver great matches, so far he has not.Tatsu is not seen regularly so not sure about him.
Fuck Triple H. He's a great talent, but he's buried so many other talented wrestlers, it's fucking disgusting. Shelton is way better in-ring, but I can see why they held him back, his mic work wasn't really all that strong. MVP is better than HHH in all aspects though, the WWE had no excuse not building this man up to be the next Rock. He was great at getting heat, he was pretty good as a face, and he was always entertaining.
@SteelTyrant7 Completely. Obviously Triple H is a bigger draw than MVP, since they've spent so much time building him up, but MVP could've easily become a top heel if they actually bothered to build him up that way. His mic work is on par with HHH's, and his in-ring skills are superior to his.
@ProlificTheLyricist MVP is a jobber. Never in a million years will MVP be better than Triple H. If Vince McMahon saw any potential for MVP to be a big time superstar, then he would've give him the push you seem to think he deserved. And also, how can you claim Triple H has buried so many other wrestlers? For the past 2 years, Triple H has been losing to up and comers and feuding with nobodies like Sheamus, using his stature as one of the greatest to push new talent into the spotlight. MVP? LOL
@SteelTyrant7 MVP was a jobber for a time, but he was a decently-pushed midcard talent for a while. And no, there are plenty of talented superstars that Vince has dropped the ball on. Mr. Kennedy and Elijah Burke are both doing fantastically in TNA and are massively over, and they were both underused in WWE. Triple H HAS buried many wrestlers. He buried Booker T, he hijacked CM Punk's push (and this was within the past couple months), hell, he even tried to bury the Rock.
@SteelTyrant7 Not to say that TNA is the shit though. Just using them as an example because they did a much better job with Kennedy and Burke than Vince did.
You hurt a guy like MVP by burying him, like Triple H just did in this video. MVP was indeed over as a heel.
Sheamus didn't get a credible win on Triple H. He didn't benefit at all. Triple H beat him at mania, and if you wanted to make a new star you'd have Sheamus go over. That's just logic.
miniarn175 is right. i mean 2 exciting guys who could go,and why not put them in a dx like faction? see typical bs and being scared of brothas who brothas would really respect. wwe will learn one day hopefully yell
