I got it on PS3 when it first came out & it was so F'd up. Every match disconnected abruptly. It took 4 patches to finally fix it... mostly. The game still lags & drops frame rate 100% of the time (even offline.) Even now when I play zombies (which is all I CAN play) there's still some times where the game just ends for no reason. CoD points sucked cuz I never felt like I was earning anything for my guns. It made challenges pointless. Killstreaks are stale. Campaign's amazing. MP sucks cock.

zombies was great, single player was even better, but the multiplayer was the worst of any cod game to date.  The famas/aug was just like a superweapon and ghost was overpowered as fuck and if you combine the two your a one man army and its just the most annoying thing ever. It's almost like treyarch is trying to ruin their multiplayer with 1 gun. (famas in black ops, mp40 in waw).

BO might not have been the most fast paced game, but at least it was completely decent, there's barely any crap in it, and Treyarch listened to the community. I like to quickscope and they ruined it at first, but by now it's quite easy.

The only things I dislike are connections and about 60% of the people who play the game like a-holes, but hell, about every CoD is going to have that, right?

In a fairly decent party you'd have spyplane the entire game and with that, destroy the enemy team every single time.

Without ghost, spyplane would be overpowered as hell. You´re probably going to say there´s a counter-spyplane, but if the enemy has spyplane up and they see me all the time on the minimap, how am I going to get a 4 killstreak?

They can see you on the radar and they're going to hunt you down. I usually die about 4 times before I finally get an actual chance to shoot down a spyplane.

By that time, the spyplane will be almost over anyway and a new one is probably on the way. You restart the cycle and just keep getting killed.

CoD 4 was my favorite, I think because of nostalgia. MW2 was alright, explosive to say the least. Black Ops was balanced but I had a hard time getting into the multiplayer. Black Ops was fair and made needed improvements to the series. However, I think to accommodate for the increasing fan base, the creators of the games are making it more user friendly to newcomers. All the guns have low recoil now and almost all the maps have open landscapes, which I think is effectively eliminating gun skill.

Black Ops was really solid with nothing that was a major problem except for frame rate issues, lag, hit detection and sniping but other then that great game. MW2 was awesome but had alot of flaws, black ops was decent with few flaws. if mw3 has the fun//addictive gameplay with the post launch patching they said they would do since they hotfix and relaize they need to keep up with their game. and with the return of quickscoping thatl be alot of fun
