  • the P.E. officers should break ther legs. there you go now your handicapped

  • They seem worse then the PPA in Philly.. But I give them credit for cracking down on this. It should be done!

  • Nice!!!

  • GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice to see. Based on what I used to see on my daily walking commute, I'd think they could just cruise Grant street in Chinatown all day and never run out of work to do.

  • Yes, this feels good. I hate how people get away with this crap.

  • I think those people should have their license revoked for one year, it is blatant disrespect to every other driver and handicapped people.

  • I wish the hell they'd do this where I live. Every god damn time I'm in town I see people parking in handicapped spots and most of the hop out and practically RUN into the stores, and sometimes they DO run.

This bullshit has been going on for years everywhere and these scumbag assholes deserve to pay every penny they get fined for this shit.

    Fuck these low-life motherfuckers.

  • damn that city is getting a crap load of money

  • "I say where yo aunt at?"

    lol gangsta cop

  • Holy crap that's a lot of money

  • at least walk with a limp when you get out of someone elses car with a disabled placard haha

  • I'm not going to lie.. I was using my grandma's car once and I was really tempted to use the handicap spot. I didn't though, but it was very tempting.

  • The caregiver IS permitted to use the placard!

  • @NETWizzJbirk They're only permitted, if the placard holder is with them. My sister Michelle was a placard holder. I *never* used the placard unless she was with me, or I was picking her up from a doctor's appointment, etc.

  • These Abusers need a lesson in manners.

  • Some people never learn.

  • As far as legitimately (well legally anyway) parking without paying meters you could always start a business, register a vehicle with said business, and then display license info on the vehicle. The registration of the vehicle for business use is about $500. Starting a business can be done for as little as $200 or even less. This will allow you to park in meter spots for free and also let you park in yellow painted areas although the time limit stil applies in those areas for you.

  • According to sfgate.com there were over 48,000 placards in issue as of August 2007 of which I believe only a physicians signature is needed to obtain. Whether it is too easy to obtain or rather the misuse of legitimate ones are to blame is not clear. sfgate.com seems to think it is the misuse of placards of individuals who have died.

  • BRAVO San Fran! I am disabled and it is frustrating to see people misuse these spaces!

  • @jillaaree I am a big ADA advocate and I understand your frustrations. I am trying to get businesses to become more proactive and I am finding my journey frustrating. Wish me luck on a more proactive California

  • @jillaaree

    +1

  • i got one in california but i live in detroit so im not going to pay so i want to see what they are going to do

  • @RomanianChickLover: No biggie, they'll send it to collections and they'll put it on your credit report so credit will be more expensive for you.

  • @RomanianChickLover Way to outsmart the system romanain. California system is a little smarter than you think. It goes through DMV and when you don't pay, a warrant will be issued. The fines will triple and it will be on your criminal record as a misdemeanor. But hey, you got it covered! You are a prime example why our educational system needs a complete overhaul.

  • There are so many people using those placards that ARE NOT disabled. They're scamming. They should pay the fines and help repair California's deficit.

  • test

  • $800?I better give mine back to my great, great, great, great grandmama and start walking.THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP.Great report.G28 clear

  • This video=ownage. Love it!

  • Park in an accessible spot illegally, you deserve what you get. Period. End of story.

  • My brother, Mr. TVman1981, tell me, who's behind your yellow journalism, are they paying you for being snitch, a zelout? Bet u won't do this shit to the real corrupted, white power grabbers, the newson and his crownies. I'm sadened, that you stubb out own brothers. Do you know that San Franz generate billions of revenue, where is all this money go, u bet, to the crownies and power grabbers that run the city. Next time do us a favor, work for San Franciscans not against San Franciscans. Peace...

  • @titititi001 Your comment is strange and illogical.

  • Ummm these are Parking Enforcement Officers, Not the police!

  • @TVman1981 The law is the law is the law is the law. An infraction, misdemeanor, felony or warrant. When a crime is committed in front of a parking enforcer OR police officer, they enforce the law. People would complain if police arrested a burglary suspect in a high murder neighborhood too. Can't please all, and being POOR is not an excuse to break the law, no matter how little you think the crime is. In this case, there are plenty of handicapped people screwed because of these idiots.

  • @TVman1981

Exactly. Police officers aren't allowed to wear beards, that's an obvious difference right there. I do believe that the parking vultures here in NYC should be required to maintain the same dress and grooming standards as real cops, though, because a lot of them totally look like unkempt slobs.

  • @titititi001

So you're all right with this assholes illegally using disabled parking spaces? Hope you don't have a disabled family member...

  • They aren't jacking up poor people, they are catching self serving assholes who deserve to be caught, pay for parking and find legal parking like the rest of us. F them.

  • @titititi001 Also, let's indulge the prejudice statement that these are all poor people for moment with the comment that just cuz they may be poor doesn't mean they can misuse accessible parking placards.

  • @titititi001 You know the funny thing, you probably live off of welfare and/or have food stamps of some kind, so you come here and bitch about stupid shit like this to make yourself feel better...in layman's terms, BEGGARS CANT BE CHOOSERS!!!

  • SF...Always trying to get money out of people...always! Gotta love SF!

  • good game... 1g'... i rather spend that on blackjack.

  • Hi Stanley, Great video, as usual, but it seems that you occasionally get comments about missing audio. It IS our computers, but do you have left/right channels? In this video above, I hear the DPT officers and ambient sounds, but I only hear you speaking at the beginning. I'm not saying you SHOULD change your audio mixing, but at least for the youtube conversions, would it be possible to merge all audio so that the same sounds come from all channels? Not a huge deal, but just a request.

  • u can buy one of those VALID on the street here for $125.00... just sayin..

  • Yeah, but is an $800 ticket really worth closer parking?

  • absolutely not..and I don't mind walking, i'm not a lazyass...

  • Of course that's their sole job. They find 20 or 30 of them, and their year's pay is covered.

  • As somebody that uses a handicap placard, I understand that you have to ALWAYS have the paperwork with you. I am a young looking person, and always get dirty looks from people when I use my placard. Its so funny to see the look on their face when they see a peace officer approach me requesting my paperwork, bc they think I am about to get a big 'ol fine. I calmly hand over my required documents and am on my way. Also, it says on the placard to NOT have it hanging while you are driving.

  • But are you handicapped? If not, you are just like the people in the video.

  • Why would I post that if I was illegally using a placard? Yes I have one legally. The majority of people that have placards are legit, its just a few people that mess it up

  • scumbags taking up space reserved for physically disabled people. The fine should be $10,000 and 6 months in jail.

  • @tylertyler82

    youtube. com/watch&v=DT2YET6sg5I

"Penn & Teller: Americans w/ Disabilities Act (highlights)"

  • Finally some enforcement. Every time i go to chinatown almost every parking spot is taken by someone with a disabled placard.

  • Those people are selfish and deserve those fines.

  • @quatlen u are a complete nerd

  • @dontmesswithsqacky I agree, Do you say that because you get parking tickets?

  • @quatlen yes

  • It's a hard law... but it's fair.

    Good video, Stan.
