the best thing to do is to talk to someone about it.
I know u do not want to think about it at first. but u have to talk about it to let everything out... or eles you will hold on to it for a long long long time .
and always know.. that you're father will be , and still is with you... and people say.. "good doesn't exist " and so on.. But u will always notice that some how .. and some way.. he is there.
