Man, Mugen in its early stages had some weak ass DBZ characters, and what I mean by that was they didn't have much moves, did too much damage, and just cheap as hell. Now, I noticed they are pretty damn close to MVC2 status, which we can all agree we simply LOVE IT! Now I want to see re-rendered SNK characters to match that of Capcom and be just as good as MVC2 characters! I am too lazy to try this myself unless I get sick and tired of waiting for someone else to do it.

well i don't know what a "power book g4" is but if you downloaded the right thing you should not have a problem. if you got a zipped folder then open it, find the executable(file ending with .exe) and double click it. mugen should open. if you got a .rar file then get winrar and use that.

i don't have winrar or know how to use it so i recomend finding a zipped file version. it realy should not be too hard to find. it is on the official mugen website even.
