Seamus O'Dowd-sensei has done a great job with this DVD. HIs karate is very precise and his bo kata and application is great. I highly recommend this DVD to all karate practitioners. Please take advantage of learning something that Kanazawa-sensei truly did create for all of his loyal followers.
