Hmm..good video. Just a few minor things when you're going to make capsules, use gloves! That way you won't be contaminating the capsules and brush away all leftover powder from the capsule machine before you're going to press it together to join the capsules. So that you can get the right dosage in each capsule.

One small tip ...... it might be easier to clean up (not lose any herbs that would remain stuck to a glass/pyrex dish) if you work on a sheet of parchment paper. That way all you have to do pour it back into the original packaging or to continue filling the capsules. GREAT VIDEO..... Subscribed.

It would be nice filling those with St John's wort tp ease depression, or valerian and hop ( hops used , femalle strobili ) as sedatoves. Another option would be chammommile, anise seed and mint for digestive problems and aches. Ginger and mint against motion sickness and vomiting urge, and those You can easily powder or get powdered .

@Merrcopper You are correct. Simply grinding up pot and stuffing it in a capsule wont do anything. From what I have read, to make Marijuana pills you need to use olive oil.

I bought mine from MRH and it has saved me a ton of money I save an average of 50% depending on the herb.

It does take a bit of time to make 60-90 day supply so I only do this with the more expensive herbs or herbs that I take so often they become expensive .

I do not think its worth the time to do this for something you may take for less than a month or on occasion and costs less than $10

I think the only way to be sure about dosing would be to weigh out a preset ammount and divide it into how many capsules you are making. even if the capsule holds a preset ammount its impossible to say you are getting that ammount. Kind of like baking most bakers go by weight and not volume since 1 cup of flour could be 8 ounces or it could be 10 ounces.

The mg dosage depends on the size of the capsule/ There are varied sizes of capsules for different mg amounts.

Cool, that looks way easier than I thought it would be (i'd assumed, among other things, that you'd have to make the capsules individually like you do with bullets or paintballs). I may have to pick up a capsule machine. Save me some money over buying the supplements. Oh, and Mountain Rose is the BEST COMPANY EVER!!!
