My father was an air traffic controller for many years in the bay area. He always told me that no matter how dark or smoggy it was, the temple was a marker he could always use to guide pilots. He told me similarly the standards of living necessary to enter the temple should be my guide in life.

Now, 122 days from today I'll enter its doors with my sweetheart and be sealed for all time and all eternity. Thank you for that wisdom daddy. I know you may not be here but you'll be in the temple.

Its just more than special... Its the temple where my husband and I got married,,,, Every time I see our pictures,, i cry of happiness... I love it!

It's the most overwhelming real and true feeling I could ever have in anything. A true sign that God loves us!

I have many memories of this temple. I lived in this temple district for 13 years. This temple was where I did baptisms for the dead for the first time, where I first did an endowment session, and where I saw my sister get married.
