Plagiarism is not the correct phrase. It is a blatant breach of trademark. You need to see your lawyer. You certainly have a case. This is blatant breach of Trademark. It does not have to be the exact same word to still constitute breach of Trademark. The test is whether "a reasonable person identifies this phrase and strongly associates it with you and what you represent". I have a law degree. Trust me ...this is breach of trademark. You should sue their asses.
