i use occ lip tars and it stays on my lips very well, the only problem is that it transfers and moves around quite easy. would this work on the occ lip tars and does it prevent transferring?

just fyi, in this video...you go way too far in with your lashes!! You should try cutting them before applying them next time!

if its a one time lip brush shouldn't you not dip it back it? wouldnt that contaminate it since its been on you lips?
