I keep a number of browsers installed just in case Chrome + Windows Explorer start not to work because the creators of both decide they don't want some of us to access the internet, whether temporarily or permanently, among other reasons that could potentially be made manifest.

Hopefully they can't hack my computer simply by virtue of their program being installed, and disable Firefox too. Although I've heard theories that Mozilla may not be as trustworthy as some lead us to believe.

Not entirely accurate, they contacted ICE to ask them what the legal basis was and explained they would not be removing it until that could be provided. If they can provide that then Mozilla likely will remove the plugin
