Just found this Looks like socialism to me.Its happening all over the country. Regional councils dictating terms and policies. Have just become trustee in local 127. Told some votes do not have time to consult members. Not on our watch.Will take it to jobsites if we have to. Regional trying to undermine members for their own personal agenda. Cant let it happen. I was at this meeting the only honest union members there were the guys in the crowd the union exec and Len Embree help destroy the canadian carpenters union and I was at this meeting .Doug is a snake but so is that bunch from local 1995 And i am no longer a member of the union.

yeah I am leaving this union too, but for different reasons. the union looks the other way when foremans abuse their authority, when they lie, when the use drugs on site, when they come to work hungover, but they will not tolerate a woman who does not drink, sleep around, use drugs, a woman who is honest and hard working. I don't fit in because I refuse to get drunk ofter work, use drugs, lie and cheat concerning my time at work. I have been better treated in non union jobs.
