I think exactly what they are trying to do is target the young with this information and videos etc. Young kids' minds are still developing and learning; when you're older you already know what's right and what's wrong and watching this may not have as much an effect on you as a little kid. Nice video, I actually see this video as a criticism against the Illuminati. I believe this to be true because of how quickly it had gotten banned from all these other countries and how quickly it got banned from mtv. MTV being the most satanic television channel that is on cable. MTV has stated that they are looking into re-editing the video to fit it's viewership; however, their broadcasting a show called skins which is clearly showing child pornography.
