  • Hi! i really want to lose weight before the beach this year. I am 14 ,5"3 and i weigh 110 pounds. i really want to tone up! But, i cant get the diet program b/c i am youngg. so do you have any tips?? i have about 4 months until the beach:) Thankss!:)

  • Muscle has a great memory. You have to make the 5-60min work out plan a serious you time. At least four days a week.

    P.S. I love that cleaning for one hour equals 300 calories burned.

  • Hey guys! You've totally inspired me; like I'm going to use my workout based on your videos! I really want those abs by June 1st. BIKINIS! :D But I also know you have to have a diet. I don't plan on dieting, because I'm young, so is it okay just for me to drink lots of water and for me to have salads and such? (I have salads everyday for lunch, so) just wondering. And I swim 4 times a week too, so. Hope you guys get to read this because I'm starting it tomorrow! LOL thanks bye~

  • i'm moving to another country in 5 wks time.. i reaaally wanna lose some weight before i go ideally 14 pounds.. is that a realistic target? i'm not one to crash diet an wanna lose weight in fastest time but this i need to do before i go. i'v started eating very healthily wil exercise speed up my weight loss? i'm half worried about gaining muscle weight on the scales.. :s i know its prob alot to lose in 5wks can it be done?? what is the best exercise for all over body, or most effective? x

  • Hi Im skinny(really skiny already but have more belly than anything else) and I have been working out on my abs but see no results. I try to eat healthy but dont want to lose the weight because I am 21 and weight 95! I know its dad =(..so what should I do?? I only want to lose belly fat not legs or butt because I barely have some =(

    What workouts to do to get toned like that?

    I need some toning.

    I'm normal, I'm not fat or anything but I run everyday and do yoga and pilates and just stuff in my bedroom but i don't look like this! I eat healthy too. I'm also doing the special k challenge if you know what that is lol also I don't have weights to lift and I don't have time for the gym. I work everyday except tues. And thurs.

It's a life committed to eating the right yummy foods, and challenging yourself daily! between this and staying hydrated, you will notice over time that you are becoming more and more what you'd like to see in a healthy & happy physique xxo

  • about how long did it take for you guys to go from Picture 1 to Picture 2? i'm hoping to tone my body up noticeably but not extremely within the next three to four months, but i'm worried that, with school all day and not that much time to do cardio throughout the week, I won't be able to see results just by toning up with these videos :/

  • what advice do you have for my situation. i had a baby almost 3 years ago and i have excess skin and stretch marks. i dont care so much about the stretch marks but the excess skin is so embarrasing, ive been told by my plastic surgeon and personal trainer it wont go away on its own it will require surgery. i cant afford no do i want surgery but i often feel like whats the point in getting toned (im pretty fit already) but whats the point in getting fit because ill never look right.

  • I hope you can answer my question- I'm still in highschool and packing lunches is always a big deal to me because I need something that I can put in a plastic bag and can stay fresh/yummy from 7am to 12pm.   • Getting a body like this is no picnic! It takes a LOT of hard work and dedication. You will need to sweat and feel those muscles ache. Also, just like these two said before, it is 60% diet and 40% exercise. You have to eat right :)

  • i like seeing how you do eat regularly and even before something that you have show your whole body. I used to not eat if i knew i was going out because i didn't want to get a pot belly, but now i see that eating the right amount of foods and food along with exercise i dont need to be self conscious. thank you. :)

  • @ToneItUpcom Really good, I have about a month and a half left to study for my NASM cert. I was getting a little nervous about the exam but I spoke with a gym that is building a bigger location near where I live and will be looking for new trainers around the time I get certified so that was a big boost of motivation for me!

  • I highly recommend it! I got it last year & Toneitup has definitely helped me with knowing what, when and how much to eat. It took a while to get into the mindset of clean eating but now i'm set to eat clean for life! I particularly found the sample day menu really helpful which gives you different options for each meal. I have this combined with Valerie Water's Red Carpet Ready club as I like the online support and the 2 plans complement each other well! I can't wait for ToneitUp dvds now!

I'm thinking of getting it in hopes to finally get the body I want for summer and i'm mostly looking forward to their recipes and the foods they eat and how they eat it since that is actually the hardest part for me, the eating. It also says on the site that they give you their grocery list. If anyone has tried let me know please =)
