It does not matter how she sounds this is an early 80's disco/rb sounding song, afterall Eminem does not sound black when he raps but nobody says anything about him, it's just his sound production is heavy bass hip/hop stuff, enough with these stereotypes, I like diversity in music and in the culture, M. Jackson set the standard with Thriller, and Madonna was smart enough to follow his lead case close, when I listen to early 80's music or 80's music period I dance for hours.
