jajaja yo ya perdi la cuenta de cuantas veces la vi!! xDD o sea, se notan los cambios entre la animacion.. pero la historia impuesta x la pelicula me agrado, harmony gold deberia hacer un remade de la pelicula ya q en aquella epoca no habia mucha animacion realizable, cn las tecnicas de hoy en dia como cn Shadow Chronicles, podrian volver a hacer la pelicula tal vez cn nuevos diseños pero mantener la esencia de the untold story, ya q las dos copias existentes de la original son de vhs

miren bien hay algo importante que nos enseñan en el colegio, es comprencion de lectura. ROBOTECH the movie fue un fracaso, PERO paso a ser una pelicula de culto, y todo estudio o productora merece cierto respeto por una filmacion , aun mas si esta es una clase de secuela de la serie. Serie q nos a entretenido durante años. Para concluir y fuera de criticas destructivas la pelicula es entretenida con siertos grandes detalles, pero entretenida.

@MAXHUNTER501 para empezar si le preguntan al verdadero director de esta animacion quien es carl masek , este se quedara mirando al aire con cara de quien mierdas es ese pendejo . esta pelicula es el principio de la larga y angustioza agonia de robotech hacia la muerte , mas de una decada de fracasos totales y mentiras a la fanaticada robotech respaldan alos incompetentes de harmory gold ,, elmas sanginario enemigo de robotech

Wow! That seems to be an utter rip-off to Transformers altogether. What was Cannon Film Distributors thinking? And why was the film transfer from 35mm to 16mm switched from time-to-time throughout the entire film? It's like saying the film transfer was distorted and the film negative was about to burn from the projector. Shame on Carl Macek and Cannon who made an atrocity of an animated feature film.

@Ringvireot Aparently you don't know that Robotech is a Official combination of Macross, Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber MOSPEADA. Each show was aired in Japan from 82-84. The Transformers show came out in 1984 even then Transformers are remodeled Diaclone toys given the story of Sentient Robots at war. By the way Jetfire/Skyfire is a VF-1 Valkyrie from Macross so Transformers ripped off Macross

Macross had a cult following in the early VHS bootleg market with the earliest form of Fan Subbing this is why when the second series in the Robotech Saga was aired fans of Robotch was Split because of the major changes made to Southern Cross to make it connect with Macross since out of the three shows used for Robotech, Macross only major changes was Names and Connecting the villians between shows and even then it added more to it then it took away.

No wonder the movie sucked its less than the trailer in so many ways and this trailer is really boring. The movie? What movie it was spliced together from an anime completely different altogether they didn't even try to make it appear as a movie in of itself... Harmany Gold should have seen the rotten eggs steamy off this crap-fest before they even made the attempt to show it in theaters!
