Ah, back in glory days. This was one of the best triangles on the show. While Brenda did love Sonny more than Jax - and she did love Jax, not as a friend, just not as much as she loved Sonny - I do think Jax would have a better choice for her in the long run.

The thing about the S/B/J triangle was that it was believable. You could actually believe that both of these men could be her soulmates...her one true love. You don't get that feeling with S/C/J. Her love with Sonny was obsessive - passionate yes, but not something to base a life on (I know this is soaps, but bare with me) Jax was her knight in shining armor - someone who would do anything for her (the way they had Vanessa exit the last time was stupid - Jax's reaction was stupid)
