I can attest, after moving from my home state of PA to Cleveland County NC some 23 years ago, and now live one county East of it, that he is indeed NOT drunk. He's that dumb. Fortunately he's the exception, and not the norm, of these great NC folk. But there's plenty around just like him. Usually will bump into them at Walmart.
