You know...maybe im wrong but i think that it sounds like that by the acoustic are u in gym?? or something??...any way it sound very nice

It's my school's recording studio actually. The wood diffuser panels (you can see them in the background) are there to diffuse standing waves and create just the right amount of reverberation in the room for a mic to pick up. It's quite a lot, but it's a good reverb.

As far as mic techniques, it's semi-diffuse field - about seven feet from the mics, using two Neumann KM184's in an NOS pattern going into a Millenia HV-3C preamp.

No processing of any kind was added after this point.

You don't triple tongue 16/32 notes. This is double tonguing. That sounds good. You should learn how to doodle tongue if you haven't already.

nice keep up the good work. the only thing i would suggest for this specific song, even though its too late, when you were doing the re peated a's rhyhmic thing i would have gone up to a high C and come down scale wise to an f#. othere wise nice technique.
