I thought they should have made a series, or at least a movie about the Titan. The only thing missing here is a medical oficer, but that might be a perfect excuse to bring back Robert Picardo as the EMH.
@9bluphi According to the end of "Nemesis," and the novels(on which I assume the intro is based), she's married to Riker and assigned to Titan as ship's counselor.
Love it but Wesley never returned excepty briefly in the noveisation of nemisis but it would becool to see all the greta actors the steller a class bring it on wish they would make it for tv and reusher in a new era of star trek and rstore it for the fans
@Velossian1 I saw a clip that was cut from Nemesis that had Wesley in it. So he was in the movie briefly but that part never made it to the big screen.
i really liked it...i know that took some time to put together with all the rations starfleet has cut back on..:P...srsly...well rounded and sharp! kudos!! kudos!
FINALLY a fan-trailer with the actual Luna-class starships as well as the book characters (other than Crusher and Nog). Some interesting casting there. Would never have imagined Fishborne as the Dr. Ree. Overall though, very nicely done.
Way to many Commanders. In any rank structure, Starfleet in particular, you would only have one individual holding the rank of Commander on a starship, not 3 or 4.
@WolfesOwn47th By the time of the movies, most of Kirk's original crew were senior staff on other ships or teaching at the Academy and got assigned to the Enterprise by Kirk's request. Those were very unique circumstances.
@williamskidfears Yes but James Kirk was allowed to handpick his own staff, which were the people who served with him before, and had moved on to other assignments.
@Sunburn2007 Handpick isn't the word I'd use...more like thrown together ever since the events of TWOK. Not criticizing either way, the TOS movies were the best the franchise ever got, mainly because of the grouping, and the writing backing them up.
@TheRealDarkGob That is because most of them had been promoted and re-assigned to other positions with Starfleet. Only Kirk was still serving as Captain and was about to retire. Starfleet Command ordered him, and at his request, his previous serving crew due to their experience, to open dialouge with the Klingon's by escorting him to Earth. A lot of that was motivated by Admiral Cartwright as well to set him up.
@Sunburn2007 You usually have more than one. In TNG Dr. Crusher and Riker were both commanders. And by season 7 Troi was promoted to the position as well
@Tazraz8 Well that's because Crusher was head of Starfleet Medical and a Commander in the Medical Division of Starfleet. With this setup, you have multiple Commanders in the Command Division, which is why it's odd.
@autdelux What do you have against Wesley Crusher? or is it the actor Wil Wheaton you don't like. I never had any issues with Wesley on TNG. Sure he was a bit annoying at times, but I think his character grew into a capable crew member by the end of the show.
Personally, I like the idea of a series with Data or Wolf as Captain

I would say lets make a noise online so loud that paramount will finally give in and give us a new title to watch again.

@Sunburn2007 By the time of The Undiscovered Country pretty much everyone on the Enterprise-A was Captain or Commander rank.
