check my chanel, I used Samsung HM10 , which is a very old camcoder by Samsung , almost their first model. But the image stabilization is quite good. It depends on your hand skill if you set it on.

Nope. It only has digital image stabilizer, but obviously it's completely useless.

I'm afraid, that in this price, camera with optical stabilization doesn't exist.

but the image of HMX20 is indiscutible better than it's competitors due to it's sensor size.
