tip for mages: i saw a lot of arcane missiles flying arcane missiles was pretty much nerfed to shit because arcane blast no longer affects it a better rotation is start of fight, trinkets mana gem etc.spam ab down to 32% mana evocation to get back up to full then abx4 abarr and when your mana gem/trinkets are off cooldown same thing spam ab

All you have to do when he starts his WW is have one tank stand on one side of the room and the other on the other side and taunt him back and forth that way hes not spinning around killing everything.

vigilance is hax on that whirlwind, get a warrior tank, have him vigilance someone, and then spam taunts. last i saw he didnt have dr on taunts on beta for somereason so u can hold him in the same spot then entire time

Just before the boss enrages, that's MIGHT be when you'd want free the dragon who reduces damage, that way he's not hitting as hard.

@akun50 Good idea but i beleive that one paralysis you so it would be helpful to have 2 tanks on 1 side along with the mele and the casters on the other that way taunt spam so healers only do there job on the mele

Yeah I'm pretty sure that wouldn't save shit during his enrage which most bosses enrage is usually 500% to 900% harder so gg. Also you have to deal with another MC drake plus his debuff unless you kill him which reduces damage you deal by 15% and hit chance by 15%

Our guild managed to down him on 10 man with a few pugs added. We got the whelp pack which reduced damage of dragon in air and same dragon you got which reduce damage boss puts out.

It could also be that some of your dps were doing weak damage like 10k or less which is really weak in 85 heroic gear.

I was getting 21.2k dps as survival hunter another fury warrior was getting 22k damage.

Yes we were in heroic blue gear and not epic raid gear. Used 2 tanks 2 heals and had 1 minute on enrage

Something blizz could do: When the Bronze (Or not storm or w/e) drake doesnt freeze you, make those Fireballs REALLY Obvious where theyre gonna land, but have them almost Instakill you, Also applying a DoT, and when teh Drake freezes you, It also Removes the DoT From the Fireballs
