My company of about 250 men arrived at Cu Chi not many days before this show. The 61st HEM CO, had departed from Ft Knox, KY and crossed the Pacific by troop ship. We were all somewhere way back in that crowd of soldiers. I suppose it was a good thing to have such an inspirational start to our year. Afterwards we counted the days until we could go home. It was great to find this video and re-live the memory. Lt Tom Stover, Armament Platoon Leader
amazing to find and see this; I'm one of the Red Cross "girls" shown in the audience in the early minutes. We're sitting together, wearing our light blue uniforms. I'll never forget this day and never expected to have a souvenir like this. And to the guys and the nurses who were there, you're the best!
