It is physically heavy duty but I have been through 4 of them for software issues so far. I hope they fix these problems on the newer models.

the texting on it sucks really bad i have gone through 3 phones now and even when i got the upgrade to fix the texting problem it broke again the next day. if you like to text on your phone do NOT get this phone. its a cool phone but its not reliable hardware wise. you may not be able to break it.. but it will break itself and become useless because my calling broke on my first one along with the texting
