i have the blackberry bold 9900 .. and when i updated it it stayed on 16% in overall back up progress ... and it stayed like that for 3 hours in a half ... what can i do ? i really want to use my phone

when i click then 'next' and then when i click 'check for updates', it says 'requesting availible updates...' and doesnt go off, ive waited an hour and the message doesnt go off and nothing happens, any help?

mine: i get a white screen then it says OS-patch execution then the screend goes off , then white screen and it says OS-patch execution again

i have OS5 on my bb curve 9300 (i know it can run OS6) and he won't find updates not on the blackberry and not on the desktop software please help me!!!!

I tried to do this. But then I cancel downloading it. And then, I noticed there's a "wireless update" icon, how do i delete that ?? I canceled the update because it said "charges may apply". What's that mean ??
