It's funny how haters post useless information about someone else's video. It's all for a temporary ego massage that makes the hater look like inferior to unbiased eyes. Simply put, we all have a common interest and that's dummy work or our own kung fus; applying energy to bringing up historical rethoric is not only childish, but also a waste of your time.
4thwingchun - The dummy isn't used for strengthening the bones. Rice, beans and ball bearings are meant for this purpose.
i dont understand why somone people put clothes or ect on there wooden dummy. u punch the wood to make ur hand stron not to hurt it. TAKE OFF THE CUSHION!
Oh I just read your comment of who your lineage is. It all makes sense now. William Cheung hahahahah. You got stung. Sorry man, I really feel sorry for you! Notice how Rick Spain or Dana Wong or any of the others who trained with him don't affiliate themselves with him today. It's all shit that's why, and your very scrappy technique on the dummy is evidence. I wish you even more luck now. For your own good find a real teacher and enjoy the difference.
Complete rubbish. You also have the very bad habit of looking away from the dummy/(your opponent) which I bet is exactly how you practice chi sao. Slow it down and learn how to make each movement count. Your bong sao in particular is terrible, wrong force and easily collapsed, no need to feel it, it's plain to see. Go back to the beginning and start again. Good luck.
hahahahahaa

I just really really really don't like the way you don't showing your face to the camera in all your videos, but you're not bad on the wooden dummy!
