The Tausug traditional culture is really thriving in Sabah. Kudos to the Tausug of Sabah for preserving the traditional kulintangan. Its a shame that it isn't the same in Lupah Sug, Mindanao and the Philippines today. (I'm not Tausug, but its obvious from looking at youtube videos, you will realise that traditional Kulintangan is no longer played among the Tausug in Jolo anymore. Its all done by synthesizers/keyboards now. All the purely traditional Tausug culture remains in Sabah now.)
