I can't understand how Kris Allen won American Idol, he wasn't that good, what did American people saw in him? I didn't see anything special about that guy. Script is a musically gifted and socially oriented really HAWT looking group of guys from Dunblin Ireland, who released a multi platinum album last year. Kris hasnt even changed up anything from the original. Laziness.. your right about the March date. There should be a single out this fall yet. Danny did say not to expect his 'country' to get 'twangy', and thats good. Sony Nashville chairman praises his 'gravelly edge' and said it's been a long time since they have had that in a country singer. He's looking at great things happening for Danny! He likens him to Ronnie Milsap.
Danny's album won't be out till March but that's good, it won't be rushed. Country tends to sell best from AI. (I'm not too into country) but Danny's album will be soul so it will probably be very good and actually have quality. I would be surprised if his debut effort has the most quality in it. Allison's project is going to be the most commercial and lend itself to pop music hot 100 fans outside AI fans. I'm also really hoping Adam's album kills. Kris will sell to the tweenies.

This is an excellent version of the song. In addition I have finally found someone whose vocal range is like mine! I can sing this without straining my voice or resorting to adjusting the key...

A beautiful version, Danny took an old song and gave it new life. He is an incredible singer. IMO, the best male singer ever to appear on IDOL.

PS.. Danny could sing the phone book and everyone in my house would buy the album. Too bad the producers are so short sighted that they probably don't realize what a gold mine they have in Danny, if only he were allowed to do his THANG> Danny could have brought the joy and power of Christian Music into the lives of people who are not Christians. Script is a musically gifted and socially oriented really HAWT looking group of guys from Dunblin Ireland, who released a multi platinum album last year. Kris hasnt even changed up anything from the original. Is he trying to shoot himself in the foot? or is this just a blatant E19 burial going on, so the company can concentrate on trying to recoup some of the money they have poured into Adam Lambert?

You have a pt there, Gr8stuffis. Not just good business but also knowing how blatantly greedy some of the people who surrounded Michael Jackson are(incl. some of the members of his family), you can be sure that E19 didn't get Adam's TFM music video to be the "opening act" for MJ's "This is It" for free. E19 has never been excited by Kris because Adam Lambert's the (potential) cash cow. Adam gets the heavyhitters & Kris gets the leftovers.

Ur kidding right AngelOrdonez? First off, who here hates Kris? or anyone for that fact? Who is U people? Are you trying to start something or just trolling? 2. Danny hardly even knew the songs he picked, everyone else got to pick first, because he hadn't even heard them.. He had to scramble every week just to get a song that fit. 3. Kris releases his BIG single soon, and what is it? A song recently done by Script, the people who wrote it, and had it as the B side to their Mega Hit We Cry.

@AngelOrdonez375 Kris is boring and forgettable which is why people dislike him. And he only won because when Danny got cheated off all of his votes went to Kris. So you see w/oi Danny losing, Kris woulda went down in flames compared to Danny. Danny will always be the absolute best of Season 8. No competition especially if the persons name starte with Adam and ends with Lambert

Like Simon said about this performance live " Vocal Masterclass " The next night he was voted off and Paula and many others cried because they all knew that Danny was the real winner. I really believe thats the main reason Paula has left the show not about $. She's got an amazing heart and Danny has the voice full of heart and emotion that cannot be matched. My opinion when he left it hurt Paula lots. May you have good fortune in your career, and the foundation.God Bless You Danny

Hmmm, i thought that AI is rigged because right on the heels of Adam Lambert being in the bottom 3, the next show was all about his strong suit, with a mega production around him, and it also happened to be Danny's weakest venue. What was up with that?

Laziness.. your right about the March date. There should be a single out this fall yet. Danny did say not to expect his 'country' to get 'twangy', and thats good. Sony Nashville chairman praises his 'gravelly edge' and said it's been a long time since they have had that in a country singer. He's looking at great things happening for Danny! He likens him to Ronnie Milsap.

Danny's album won't be out till March but that's good, it won't be rushed. Country tends to sell best from AI. (I'm not too into country) but Danny's album will be soul so it will probably be very good and actually have quality. I would be surprised if his debut effort has the most quality in it. Allison's project is going to be the most commercial and lend itself to pop music hot 100 fans outside AI fans. I'm also really hoping Adam's album kills. Kris will sell to the tweenies.

Different strokes for different folks MSVgormley. I find that Danny is better for many reasons. So did about 33 million voters who were less apt to even know how to power vote, even if they wanted to do it. Both Kris and Adam fans and backers have admitted to there being power voting for both of them, which makes Danny the true winner, most likely. But hey... each to his own. I think I am going to have to go to an Adam site and say this ; )

Well see, than you should have been an Adam fan. I caught some of them in their profiles going to out of the country fans and telling them they had a way they could vote. i think the are both good in their own way! im more of a gokey fan, but adams just ok. i mean, they are both different, y compare them? some ppl like gokey, and some like adam. everyones different. thats how i see it.
