@OnlyDeFRaG Get the map (sorry don't remember where I got it from, try Google :P). Once you have the file, if you're on Windows right click on it and select Properties or whatever, dunno, where you should check 'Read Only'. If you're on a Mac, right click and get Info, and check Locked. This is a crucial step, otherwise quake will delete the map. Then move the map to the baseq3 folder. Dunno where it locates on Windows. Maybe in program files, quakelive.
@DonutMP3 I might make a tutorial vid on how to play on custom maps. Adjusted my ground speed by typing g_speed 1000 in the console.

How come you died when you smashed into the wall? I've been to speeds of over 10000 (with the glitch on map quarantine) and it hasn't killed me.

ahh I got it maybe. When I tried it on quarantine, I was playing CA mode, so no fall damage.

@truckcompany Yes! It continues with the previous game mode. For fun stuff like this, or strafe jumping or whatever, I recommend using g_gametype 0
