Really not as bad a fall as I imagined. Didn't even pop any gear or hit the wall at all. One of the things I hate about falls on slab sections is that you tend to run into the wall and get injured even if the fall was pretty clean.

Most of those clips can catch a truck falling off the side of a cliff, much less a person. And the ropes are elastic so the forces applied to the actual hook are pretty low
