He dived after the initial hit. If you look at his legs, he makes two different movements. Probably trying to get the bloke sent off or something. The initial hit was a good contact but no way would it make his legs fly into the air like that...

@tru3b1u31 He broke the rules on three counts: The tackle was late (after the ball had been passed), the tackle was high (above the line of the shoulders) and the tackler made no attempt to grasp the player he was tackling.
