one of my personal favorites from one of my all time favorite bands! i had the happy luck to be able to share a pint with robyn hitchcock at tt the bears in cambridge mass, usa. guinness for him!  he's very tall. very nice.

Excellent band, they made living in Cambridge quite acceptable for a while.

I really miss their gigs at the Portland.

what were they like?

They were actually quite shambolic, but hugely entertaining, there used to be quite a comedy banter thing going between Robyn and Kimberley. I was a bit young to be 'in with them' but they were always really friendly towards me.

My friend Scott was really friendly with Morris and used to get loads of great psychadelic and punk compilation tapes from him. I still have some of them with The Chocolate Watchband, Wimple Winch and The TV Personalities on them.
